I have pleasure in enclosing a copy of the Legalise Cannabis Alliance document "Cannabis: Challenging the Criminal Justice System" (ISBN 0 9535693 4 9) together with a copy of an accompanying letter of introduction.

I understand that a Braille copy has been sent to Rt Hon David Blunkett, Home Secretary but that he has not yet responded.

Basically The Challenge calls for an open and frank discussion between policy makers in the UK and cannabis users, the vast majority of whom feel alienated and persecuted by a law that they see as unjust because there are no victims involved with the possession or small-scale cultivation of cannabis in their own homes.

I would very much appreciate hearing any comments that you can make on this document.
