UK: CANNABIS CHOCOLATE COUPLE GUILTY

A Cumbrian couple who supplied cannabis-laced chocolate to mulitple
sclerosis sufferers for pain relief have been found guilty of conspiring
to supply the drug.

A jury returned guilty verdicts at Carlisle Crown Court this afternoon
in all charges against Mark and Lezley Gibson, of Front Street, Alston,
as well as Marcus Davies, 36, from St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

All three had denied two charges each of conspiring together to supply
cannabis throughout 2004, until February 2005.
