Cannabis campaigner stands

Mr Philip Lockwood will be standing as the candidate for the Legalise Cannabis Alliance.

Mr Lockwood, of Edward Street, Warring Green, hopes to bring the issues surrounding the medicinal use of cannabis to an open forum. He is one of 38 confirmed candidates standing for the Alliance throughout the UK.

"We are trying to educate the public. There's far more to cannabis than just a social drug," he said.
