Alun Buffry Letters, The Telegraph
Wednesday 24 Oct 2001 SIR - Legalisation would enable cannabis to be used in ways that many people find beneficial - from relief of pain or symptoms of multiple sclerosis to general relaxation. That could help many millions of people who could grow their own medicines at home. Cannabis crimes are victimless crimes.
