UK: Letter: Cannabis Has Many Uses Jack Girling Evening News, Norwich Tuesday 13 Sep 2011 http://www.ccguide.org/news/shownewsarticle.php?articleid=16510 The law banning cannabis is now coming up to its 83rd anniversary, and having been involved in the history of cannabis in Norwich I have watched the attitudes swing to and fro, upgrading, down grading, never ever giving a reason why cannabis should ever have been made illegal knowing what we do about its thousands of uses i.e.; food, medicine, clothing, paper, oil fuel, biomass fuel, building materials and even the building itself to name but a few. These are all free at source because cannabis is a plant which will grow on any land anywhere in the world, as God the creator of it intended it to do. It is indeed time to re-legalise cannabis. Jack Girling, Hunter Road, Norwich
