 A LETTER from Alan Lockwood of Sheringham (Evening News, June 22) is worthy of response.

He suggested ending "Evil drug culture" by "death by injection" for drug-dealers.

Does this approach sound familiar to your readers?

Not so long ago people of a different lifestyle and culture were forced into concentration camps and exterminated, not too far from Britain.

This type of attitude should be tackled, even before drug-taking.

It is potentially far more serious.

Mr Lockwood should give people the space to live how they want.

Lethal injections are not the answer.

Maybe tolerance and understanding would be more helpful than hatred and fear.
