The Legalise Cannabis Alliance says taking the drug should be a matter
of choice for people and not barred by law.

It wants to see all prisoners held on cannabis convictions or charges
released from custody without delay and all criminal records for
cannabis offences wiped.

If the drug is legalised, the Alliance envisages licensed outlets being
set up.
