Wednesday 18 Dec 2002 DOUBLE BUST I imagine residents of Worthing are very happy to know that when the police decide to have their pre-Christmas crackdown on crime, there are no more serious things than a local cannabis cafe to tackle. With the cannabis users out of the cafe and back on the streets, I am sure people will feel more at ease - at least until they discover the huge cost involved in sending 30 police to arrest two or three cannabis smokers.
