UK: Trial Delayed for Couple Facing Drug Charge

THE TRIAL of a married Cumbrian couple charged with conspiring together
to supply cannabis was delayed yesterday due to legal arguments.

Mark Gibson, 41, and his wife Lezley, also 41, of Front Street, Alston,
are charged alongside Marcus Davies, 36, of The Grove, Warboys Road, St
Ives, Cambridgeshire.

All three face two charges each of conspiring together to supply
cannabis. All three deny the charges.

The legal discussions were due to continue today.
