Antigua Sun

Thursday 09 Feb 2006

----
A Browne Hill resident has six months to pay a $10,000 fine, which was
handed down to him after he was found guilty of possession of a
controlled substance with intent to supply.

Errol Tyson appeared before the District “C” Magistrate’s Court on
Tuesday to answer to his charge and pleaded guilty.

The circumstances leading up to his arrest are that on Monday night, a
raid was conducted at the dwelling place of Samuel Williams and Tyson at
Browne Hill where a large quantity of vegetable material, suspected to
be cannabis, was found.

As a result, Samuel Williams, Tyson, Gerard Williams, and Junior
Chiverton were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled
substance with intent to supply.
