UK: Cannabis man's home warning

Friday 05 May 2006 A SHEFFIELD council tenant convicted of growing cannabis plants at home has been made the subject of a suspended possession order by Sheffield County Court. Stephen Grimmer, 42, was convicted in September 2005 after police found 16 cannabis plants and related cultivation equipment at his home in Raisen Hall Road, Sheffield. The possession order was suspended for 12 months on the condition that Grimmer and his wife, Theresa, do not cause nuisance or allow any illegal or immoral behaviour at their property. Judge Robert Moore warned the couple that should they breach these conditions they could face losing their home.
