---
A SHEFFIELD council tenant convicted of growing cannabis plants at home
has been made the subject of a suspended possession order by Sheffield
County Court.
Stephen Grimmer, 42, was convicted in September 2005 after police found
16 cannabis plants and related cultivation equipment at his home in
Raisen Hall Road, Sheffield.
The possession order was suspended for 12 months on the condition that
Grimmer and his wife, Theresa, do not cause nuisance or allow any
illegal or immoral behaviour at their property.
Judge Robert Moore warned the couple that should they breach these
conditions they could face losing their home.
