Canada: Surrey Mounties have seized 4000 marijuana plants

SURREY/CKNW(AM980) - Surrey Mounties have seized 4000 plants from two
marijuana grow-ops found in a commercial building near 83rd Avenue and
128th Street.

They were alerted to one unit in the building by an abduction call that
turned out to be unfounded.

And the electrical safety team identified a second unit where the power
may have been bypassed.
