Wales: Police dogs sniff outdrugs in city centre

Police dogs have been out in the city centre sniffing out drugs.

The dogs detected the smell of drugs on 13 people in Cardiff on Friday
night and one man was cautioned for possession of cannabis bush and
resin in St Mary Street. Seven admitted taking drugs or being in the
company of someone taking drugs in the previous 24 hours.
