INSTEAD of educating and rehabilitating children, you opt to exclude
children for doing what children do, i.e. experiment.

Now would be the ideal time to get to the bottom of their drug-taking,
but you opt for the easy option and throw them on the scrapheap at a
time when they actually need some teacher guidance.

What a cop-out.
