Bermuda: Man fined over cannabis

A Pembroke man was fined $800 for possessing drugs.

Kyle Randolph Dowling, 39, of St. John's Road, pleaded guilty to
possessing 0.16 of a gram of cannabis resin on September 17.

Police saw Mr. Dowling sitting in a car on Roberts Avenue looking
nervous and fidgety and found a foil wrap in a cigarette box in his han
