Australia: Couple charged after alleged 5kg cannabis find

Police have charged two people with drug offences after the discovery of
a large quantity of high grade cannabis at their Marangaroo home in
Perth's northern suburbs.

It is alleged five kilograms of hydroponically grown cannabis and a
large amount of cash was uncovered at their property.

Police allege the pair were selling the drug to local juveniles.

A 50-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman have been charged with
possession of the drug with intent to sell or supply.

The Proceeds of Crime Squad will apply to freeze the couple's assets.
