Wales: Sophisticated cannabis factory raided
Western Mail
Friday 20 Oct 2006 OFFICERS have uncovered a cannabis factory in Ystrad Mynach after a raid at a home on Wednesday. More than 30 cannabis plants, along with lighting and timers, were discovered in the attic of a house. Sergeant Matt Williams, who leads the local Neighbourhood policing team said, "We discovered a sophisticated set-up producing skunk cannabis." If the plants which were seized by police had been fully cultivated, they would have had a street value in excess of £10,000 pounds. A 40-year-old man was arrested in connection with the discovery. He has been charged with drug trafficking offences and released on bail to appear before Caerphilly Magistrates' Court on Tuesday October 31. http://icwales.icnetwork.co.uk/ -- WebBooks Amazing Amazon Store: http://astore.amazon.co.uk/webbooks05
