Morocco: 158 kg of Cannabis Resin Seized North

Nador (north), Nov. 15 - Some 158kg of cannabis resin, commonly known as
hashish, was seized in a car about 20km off the north-eastern town of
Nador, local customs authority reported.

The car, which held forged license plates, tried to break through a
customs roadblock before being blocked a short distance away, said the
same source, adding that the car passengers managed to escape customs
agents.

The customs had arrested, Monday, three cars transporting some 2,297
liquor bottles, worth about USD 27,000.
