UK: Drugs Raid
Hastings Observer
Thursday 07 Dec 2006 CANNABIS plants worth thousands of pounds were seized from a makeshift drugs factory at a house in Brook Street on Tuesday. Police raided the property and found professional growing equipment, including a hydroponics unit, and around 300 plants. PC John Hearn said: "This is a significant seizure. We are disrupting the supply and cultivation of drugs in Hastings and working closely with electricity providers to investigate suspiciously high users. "People involved in drugs cultivation will be targeted, warrants will be sought and offenders arrested and prosecuted. "Expect a visit from police if you are involved in this activity." Further operations are planned in Hastings in the coming weeks. http://www.hastingstoday.co.uk/ -- Please sign these petitions: http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/search?q=Cannabis+ WebBooks Amazing Amazon Store: http://astore.amazon.co.uk/webbooks05
