UK: Man is jailed over drugs charges
BBC News
Friday 09 Feb 2007 A 31-year-old man has been jailed for four months after admitting possession of cannabis with intent to supply. James Holladay, 27, of Fairways, Norwich, admitted the offence which happened in September last year. Lori Tucker, prosecuting, told Norwich Crown Court that police, called to the Hellesdon Community Centre, found him smoking cannabis in the toilets. When his rucksack was searched he was found to have a total of 75g of cannabis worth more than £400. He was also found to have a set of scales, seven small bags of cannabis and some empty plastic bags. Richard Woods, mitigating, said: "He (Holladay) is not a drugs dealer. He was supplying to friends only." The court heard Holladay had previous convictions for dishonesty and robbery. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/norfolk/6346817.stm
