How many more sick must suffer because of political intolerance?

Following the recent high profile medical cannabis cases in the UK of
Cannabis Granny (Pat Tabram) and the THC4MS CannaBiz Chocolate Three . A
mum with 4 children from Newham South London, [UK] is to appear at
Walthamstow magistrates court THURSDAY 22 MARCH for growing 4 cannabis
plants in her garden to use for her arthritic pain.

Lisa Trutwein (41) from Newham South London England is charged with
cultivation, production and possession cannabis with intent to supply
others.

A spokesman for the LCA, said: "It's a dreadful situation when people
are being prosecuted by our courts at public expense, for growing plant
to ease their pains.

" The Political and legal system in this country lets us all down when
it prosecutes and punishes people for simply growing cannabis to relieve
their suffering".

"It is time to end this evil application of the Law".

A request for reporting restriction to be lifted will be applied for
[if] accepted Lisa is prepared to make herself available for photo calls
and interviews after the case.

Background notes

Lisa is a single Mum has 4 children Two girls. Two Boys (one disabled)
has suffered from Arthritis for a number of years.

Lisa has found no conventional medication available to her on the NHS to
alleviate the pain and suffering. Not mention the horrible side effects
of, injection in her spine and vomiting as a result of using
conventional medication.

in November last year large number of officer (some believed to be
armed) raided Lisa's home

They seized:

1: 3 growing plants several foot high and bushy from the garden

2: A quantity of cannabis from her freezer....PLUS, three other unknown
substances (at the time) ..Now know to be Thyme, Basil and Coriander
....TBC!

The magistrate has already said at a previous hearing they intend to
send the case to crown court, the hearing tomorrow will formally refer
the case to Snaresbrook crown court.
