UK: Judge allows Dutch treat for cannabis user

Wednesday 23 May 2007 A persistent cannabis user with a lengthy drug record had a court curfew lifted so he could holiday in Holland, it emerged yesterday. Ian Jolley, of St Ann's, Nottingham, was allowed by District Judge Morris Cooper to take an eight-day pre-booked holiday to a country famed for its relaxed cannabis laws.
