UK: Drug dealer jailed for 15 months

A NORTHOLT man was jailed for fifteen months yesterday, after being
caught with between four to five kilograms of herbal cannabis.

Richard Paul, 29, had admitted possession with intent to supply the
drugs, which have an estimated street value of nearly £4,000.

Paul's home, in The Heights, was raided in December by Harrow Police,
who found the drugs stashed in a holdall in his shed.

Officers also found small quantities around his house.

Apart from the drugs, police seized scales, plastic bags and £3,200 in cash.

Unemployed Paul, who has ten previous convictions, including three for
possession with intent to supply, was jailed at Harrow Crown Court
yesterday.

A proceeds of crime hearing is due to be held on May 29 in a bid to
recover money Paul made from drugs.
