A man who was found in the possession of drugs valued at e40 has been
ordered to donate e100 to the court poor box to avoid a conviction.Alan
May from 39, Foxdene Green, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, was a passenger in a
car searched by Gardaí on September 22 at Ballyclough, Wicklow.

in a car searched by Gardaí on September 22 at Ballyclough, Wicklow.

Garda Trevor Conroy told the court that the defendant was acting
suspiciously and shortly afterwards a piece of cannabis resin was
recovered. Judge Eamon O'Brien told May that he was getting one chance.
