History in the Making LCA LCA Press Release Tuesday 06 Mar 2001 The Legalise Cannabis Alliance (LCA) conference is to be held in Norwich on Saturday March 17th 2001, starting at 11 AM. The LCA was registered as a political party in 1999 and plans to contest many seats at the next general election. This is the second annual cannabis conference to be held in Norwich. Journalists are advised to telephone the LCA to reserve space: 01603 442215. Many people have asked that tickets be kept for them. Unfortunately, in the interests of fairness, we CAN NO LONGER KEEP TICKETS WITHOUT PAYMENT, and will be supplying tickets on a first-come-first served basis.
