Our policies include cannabis related issue such as The Environment, Fuel, Pollution, Education, Agriculture, Trade and Employment, Human Rights, Law and Order, Drugs and Crime, Health; "Solving the problem of how to achieve a sustainable environmental is not very high on any of the main parties agenda - It is on mine; "Cannabis prohibition has been an environmental, agricultural and social disaster; "I want environmentally friendly cannabis hemp used for its estimated 10,000 products in direct competition with the polluting fossil fuel, pharmaceutical and logging industries; "Globally grown cannabis hemp would create numerous new jobs and cut our imports of soil depleting pesticide sprayed cotton, wood pulp for paper, save the rain forests and help protect trees at home; "I want healthy trees, Clean air, clean water, safe food, good farming practices - a planet fit for our children's children - Surly that is worth voting for? "A vote for the leaf is a vote for none of the other party's counter productive cannabis laws and destructive environmental policies. "Three in five want cannabis decriminalised. 55% want cannabis licensed outlets. 25% want cannabis freely available to adults. 87% believe cannabis should be available on prescription for medicinal purposes - Still we punish around 100,000 people year on year who use it? WHY? The LCA does not run a membership, preferring to attract support through endorsement of Principles, Aims and Proposals from across the political spectrum. This avoids conflict between supporters and their parties. There are almost 1000 endorsees to date.
