Election Communication

Wednesday 06 Jun 2001

---

I am a retired teacher, 75, disabled for the last year. I am a graduate of St
Andrews University and London and a retired teacher.

My reasons for standing in this general election are:

Legalising cannabis would reduce strain on prisons, police and the NHS. It
could help reduce general taxation by gaining revenue from taxation of
profits on cannabis sales.

I am not prepared to give a so-called mandate to any party which wants to
take our money without getting value for it.

I am FOR:
* reducing taxation
* education vouchers
* recovering national sovereignty
* freeing trade and keeping out products of slave labour or cruel animal
husbandry

I am AGAINST:
* killing unborn babies
* MP's being paid more than an attendance allowance and expenses

By voting for me you will not be endorsing party politics, but you could help
make life easier for the old and sick and make other benefits of cannabis
available to the environment.

I am happy to discuss the issue with you further.
