"Why do, Politicians, have a neurotic fear of cannabis. History is full of examples of changes in legislation that experts believed could not occur. "So what if cannabis may pose some health risks, why are our lawmakers not prepared to accept and live with these risks? ... "A legal regulated control of cannabis is the only way out of today's chaos, which incidentally was created out of fear and in ignorance. "If government did not want change, why did they not say so? Why go to the trouble and expense of creating a mere illusion of change, while remaining silently committed to "waging war with a plant".... and those who use it for various reasons.
