Police change location of Cannabis demo

Tuesday 20 Jan 2004 8/04 TO ALL MEDIA TRAVELLING TO LONDON TOMORROW (21st JANUARY). POLICE CHANGE LOCATION OF CANNABIS DEMO: The organisers have received a telephone call from the events organiser at Charring Cross Police Station. He informed them that there is not going to be enough space in parliament square for them to hold the demo tomorrow. However he said we can demonstrate in Whitehall near Downing Street. in a designated area, which is not being used tomorrow. He also said that we would have a couple of policeman nearby keeping an eye on us.
