Tuesday 12 Apr 2005 Another fringe challenger is Carl Wagner, who is standing for the Legalise Cannabis Alliance for the second time in a General Election campaign. This year, the Hull-based Trinity Market stallholder is planning to stand in two constituencies - Hull North and Hull East. "I've been lucky because one person came forward and said he would give me ukp400 if I stood against John Prescott, so that's what I'm doing. "I've spent the past three years saving for this election with a collection box on my stall. I've also been selling stickers for 20p and they've done well for my fund."
