Pro-cannabis advocates look set to make a blunt point at Parliament today. A group calling for the legalisation of cannabis for those over 18 is to hold a rally on Parliament's grounds from midday.


Organisers says they will be inviting the drug's users to smoke it publicly as an act of civil disobedience against what they believe are unfair prohibition laws.


They have also invited spokespeople from political parties to come out and front their drug law reform policies
