Three people have been charged following police raids in Sydney's south-west which uncovered more than $10 million worth of marijuana.

A 40-year-old man, a 38-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman have been charged with cultivating a commercial quantity of a prohibited plant.

The 38-year-old man and 36-year-old woman were also charged with enhanced indoor cultivation for a commercial purpose.

Thousands of marijuana plants were discovered in raids on homes in the suburb of Blair Athol and nearby Bradbury.

The three people have been refused bail and will face Paramatta Local Court today.
