U.K:Man charged with cannabis production

A 44-year-old man from Norwich has been charged with the production of cannabis at his home in the city.

Paul Fowler was arrested on April 28 following the discovery of a cannabis production factory at an address in Bowthorpe Road.

He was released on police bail and was today charged with the production of cannabis and possession with intent to supply cannabis.

He will appear before Norwich Magistrates Court on Friday, July 4.
