UK: Cannabis case adjourned (Stuart Wyatt)

THE case against a cannabis campaigner from Plymouth charged with growing the drug and supplying it to others has been adjourned by city magistrates.

Stuart Wyatt, aged 36, of St Mary Street, Stonehouse, has entered “no plea” to charges of producing cannabis on June 12 and supplying the class C drug to other people between January and June this year.

Wyatt was bailed to return on September 5 when his case is expected to be committed to Crown Court for trial.
