Malaysia: Trainee chef gets jail, whipping but twin brother acquitted MARHALIM ABAS Malay Mail Monday 09 Aug 2010 Teh Ghim Soon, 27, had earlier faced death by hanging but the charge against him was amended to possession during the course of trial. Ghim Soon's twin, Gim Aun, was acquitted of the charge by judge Dr Badariah Sahamid at the end of the prosecution case. The facts of the case stated that police had found cannabis amounting to 450 grammes inside a Honda Accord bearing the registration number WFV 2617 with the twins inside the car, at the lobby of Block B, Shang Villa Condo, Jln SS7/15 Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, on March 31, 2007.
