Hubble Space Telescope Sees Giant Marijuana Leaf In Outer Space

Houston, TX - NASA is reporting today that a gigantic marijuana leaf has been spotted on the other side of the Universe. The seven-pointed 'leaf' is actually eight galaxies coming together in a colossal collision. The Hubble Space Telescope spotted the beautiful phenomenon on 4/20; everyone was too stoned at NASA to release the information until today.

"It's a wonderful sight. It's fun to just stare at it for hours!" said NASA chief Dr. Karl Saygun. The famed astronomer took several bong hits as he spoke with reporters.

"The 'leaf' is almost 20 million light-years and is located about 1 billion light-years away in the Cannabis constellation. We believe the eight colliding galaxies contain trillions of stars, many of them sporting planets with intelligent life." said the stoned star-gazer.

"Just think of all the alien species in those colliding galaxies; they must all be stoned out of their minds!" exclaimed Dr. Saygun. "I bet they have great weed there!" he added.

Exciting new theories in astronomy suggest the entire Universe might actually be made from one enormous marijuana plant.

"It seems likely there are more of these marijuana leafs all over the place." said Dr. Saygun. "We could also be living in one!"

The stoner star-gazer took a few more hits from his bong, and philosophized about the meaning of life.

"We are made from bits and pieces of the Universe. We are the Universe contemplating itself. We are so stoned!" he exclaimed, before passing out.
