UK: Man jailed for cannabis cultivation

A man has been jailed for cannabis production after an electrician found cannabis plants at a house in Derby during a routine check.

Manh Ho, 22, was arrested after the electrician called police who searched the property and found more than 400 plants at the property.

Ho pleaded guilty to producing cannabis at the address in Douglas Street, Derby.

Ho, currently of no fixed abode, was sentenced to 20 months in prison at a hearing at Derby Crown Court.
