IT DOES not look as if the law is preventing people from smoking cannabis (ECHO July 21 and 22).

I think it's pretty apparent that we’d all be far safer if cannabis was sold in legal stores to adults, just like tobacco and alcohol are today.

We need legal adult cannabis sales for exactly the same reason that we need legal alcohol and tobacco sales - to keep drug dealing criminals out of our neighbourhoods and away from our children.

Cannabis must be made legal to sell to adults everywhere that alcohol and tobacco are sold.
