Canada: Police arrest owner of Canadian Safe Cannabis Society

Police have arrested owner Carl Anderson after executing a search warrant at the Canadian Safe Cannabis Society storefront at 405 Tranquille St.

Officers also loaded up evidence seized from the premises.

A group of customers stood outside, complaining that they would be forced to buy marijuana from street dealers that would likely be unsafe and more expensive.

They insisted that marijuana was the only medication that could help them with their ailments.
