Down to the Wire - the Failure of Cannabis Prohibition
Cannabis Culture Magazine Tuesday 01 Nov 2011 On November 10th, join Stop the Violence BC for a panel discussion with a former narcotics agent from Baltimore, an international human rights lawyer, and a leading public health researcher. Panelists will speak about the costs of cannabis prohibition to public health, safety and, perhaps most importantly, youth in Canada and around the world.
