Scotland: Cannabis stench leads to arrests Matt Meade Dunfermline Press Thursday 10 Nov 2011 Officers seized a number of cannabis plants as well as equipment used in their cultivation at a home in Granville Way They acted after noticing the strong smell of cannabis in the area. A man and woman have been charged and a report is to be submitted to the procurator fiscal. Rosyth community sergeant Tony Rogers said, "Cannabis cultivations are inherently dangerous given the lighting and heat required, and the associated increased electrical demand.
