Scotland: Cannabis campaigner caught in second raid

A cannabis farmer who claims he has a God-given right to grow drugs has been caught cultivating plants at his Buchan home for a second time.

Police raided 60-year-old William Casey's harbourside property at Peterhead in October last year and uncovered drugs worth thousands of pounds.

Casey, who freely admits growing cannabis, was convicted of production following a three-day trial last month
