UK: Drug factory goes up in smoke
Bedfordshire Local News Monday 02 Jan 2012 Crews from Bedfordshire and Luton Fire and Rescue Service were called to the home in Sandy Road, Potton, at 4.15pm on December 23 after smoke began pouring out. On arrival between 25 and 30 plants were found and the electrical supply had been tampered with. Nobody was in the house and fire and police officials are investigating the possibility of it being used to grow cannabis. A Bedfordshire Police spokeswoman said: "The electricity board were called out to make safe the electricity supply to the house which had been tampered with and an investigation into the cultivation of cannabis at the property is under way." http://www.bedfordshire-news.co.uk/News/Drug-factory-goes-up-in-smoke-29122011.htm
