UK: Police in Bristol smash four cannabis factories in just one week

A further 89 plants with a street value of £89,000 were discovered at two properties in Barton Hill on Wednesday and Thursday. Police have arrested a 54-year-old man and a 37-year-old man in connection with the factories in Redcliffe, while investigations are ongoing for the two in Barton Hill. Neighbourhood Inspector Chris Regan said: "2012 is already shaping up to be a bad year for drug dealers operating in our area. In the first week of the year we arrested another eight people for drug dealing in Easton.
