NI: Three quizzed over cannabis find
Belfast Telegraph Tuesday 13 Mar 2012 The cultivation operation was found during a search in a business premises at an industrial estate at Springfield, Youghal, Co Cork, at 11pm on Monday. Three men were arrested at the scene, one aged in his 20s and two in their 30s. A Garda spokesman said the exact number of plants is unknown, but it is believed they may have a street value in excess of 500,000 euro. "The area remains sealed off and a complete examination of the scene is being carried out today by Garda forensic experts," he said. The suspects are detained at Middleton and Cobh Garda stations under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
