UK: Cannabis factory PC to be sentenced

A Metropolitan Police constable will be sentenced after admitting his involvement in the running of a cannabis factory at his home.

David Price, 29, was captured on undercover video footage hanging cannabis plants out to dry.

Officers raided his house in Keynsham, Somerset, and found equipment capable of producing 18 cannabis plants at a time, with a street value of around £18,000.

He pleaded guilty at Bath Magistrates' Court last month to the cultivation of cannabis.

His girlfriend, Emily Bayliss, 26, admitted being concerned with production of the Class B drug at the home they share.
