Huge drug problem
The Canberra Times Sunday 06 May 2012 Cannabis was the most widely used drug globally, with an estimated 191 million people globally using the drug in 2008. But the joint study by The University of Queensland's Centre for Clinical Research and Melbourne's Burnet Institute found opiates, such as heroin, caused the most harm to users and were the most likely to cause death.
