Chong said 'cannabis is a cure' to his cancer

Marijuana-loving comedian Tommy Chong is battling prostate cancer, and treating it with — what else? — weed.

Chong, one half of the Cheech and Chong comedy act, was diagnosed about a month ago.

"I've got prostate cancer, and I'm treating it with hemp oil, with cannabis," he said Saturday in an interview on CNN.

Chong, 74, said he began having prostate-related problems during a three-year period when he was drug free.

"So I know it had nothing to do with cannabis," Chong said. "Cannabis is a cure."

I think you mean CANNABIS OIL - a whole plant extract prepared from natural cannabis and taken in tint amounts regularly throughout the day - not hemp oil and not hemp seed oil that both have their uses.
