UK: Three bedroom cannabis factory uncovered in Beckenham

POLICE have discovered a cannabis factory at a three bedroom house in Beckenham.

Officers say all rooms and a loft at a property within a gated area of Wagtail Walk were being used to grow the illegal plant.

Around £2,000 in cash was also found following the raid at 7.05pm yesterday.

A 41-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis and supply of drugs at a linked address in Beckenham.

An 18-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis and immigration offences.
