Record cannabis haul in Bulgaria

Bulgarian authorities have seized £280 million worth of cannabis, their biggest drugs find in 15 years, in a consignment bound for Belgium and the Netherlands.

The 11,756kg of hashish came from Morocco and was hidden in a village near the capital Sofia.On Monday, 4,200kg of hashish was found in a Bulgarian truck bound for Belgium.
